Overview:

The Program Aide’s primary role will be to work alongside Camp BlueSky’s Assistant Director of Programs to plan and execute each day of camp. A Program Aide will work behind the scenes to ensure that the day to day program operations of camp run smoothly. Each Program Aide will have their own primary responsibility, which can include, but is not limited to specific programs, operations, media, and administrative planning and tasks. While focusing on each individual role, the Program Aide will contribute to the overall culture and experience of camp with Gospel-centered leadership. Our campers are multinational students living in Nairobi, Kenya and around East Africa. Nairobi is an extremely diverse city due to the presence of the United Nations, numerous embassies, and international schools. This is a unique ministry, as these students (the sons and daughters of diplomats, military personnel, business and government leaders, and missionaries) are likely to become some of the national and world leaders of the future. There is a great need for them to know Christ - and for many, meet him for the first time - and grow deeper in their faith!
